My name is Breanna but you can call me Bre. Welcome to my small but humble corner of the internet. I am so happy you are here. A few facts about me: I am born raised and currently reside in Southern California. I am a Daughter, sister, Journaler, writer, reader, esthetician, wanna be runner and now blogger. I decided to start Brethedatingcoach because I just like you know all too well the frustrations and struggles with modern dating. My goal is to help guide women on their journey towards love.
I decided to become a dating coach because I love to learn about people and what makes them tick. Ever since I was little I wanted to learn what made people behave the way they did. This curiosity drove me to get my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I graduated from California State University Northridge (CSUN) and am now currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at TOURO University.
As a young girl in High School, I wasn’t allowed to date but that didn’t stop my curiosity of love. I was curious to know how were two people friends one day and a couple the other. What attracted one person to another? When does love start? These questions drove me to want to learn everything about love, dating, and relationships. I read all the books in my library on love and attraction. When I started College I spent time reading scholarly articles from my school’s online database. I learned about Evolutionary Psychology, Communication, etc. Once I started dating I not only got a chance to implement all that I learned but I also surprisingly grew as a person and got a chance to self-discover who I was as a person. After two and a half years of dating on dating apps, I found the person for me. Now I hope to help and support other women on their journey to love.
